Define the problem
Meet with our clients to identify their unique project needs. Take field measurements and look at material selections. Assess the work environment and its possible challenges.
Bring up the solution
Communicate our professional concept for the work desired and itemize the craftsmanship needed to complete the build. Address specific client desires for work completed.
Concept revisions
Allow our clients an opportunity to ask questions or suggest design or process modifications.
Deal and build
Devise a plan that both pleases the client and is structurally sound. Agree on contract pricing and move forward with the project.

Owners
DM Pacific is a family business started by Dave & Mara Thom in February of 2010. Along with the Thom's, our five highly skilled carpenters and welders keep our operation running on a daily basis. We value our carpenters and their strong work ethics and desire for perfection. These traits, along with our excellent communication skills are what set us apart from the rest.
Pixy Goldendoodle
MVP
Pixy is our MVP, 9 years running! She is a mini Goldendoodle, and although not allowed on the job site, she clocks many hours in her bed in the office offering moral support for bookkeeping and throughout the bid process.
